The Editorial Committee is responsible for producing our magazine, ±¬ÁϳԹÏConnect. This is issued three times a year and is free to all ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï members. The magazine is also available by subscription to other interested parties. The Committee produces and edits the content and organises the printing and distribution of the magazine.

Pam Coulton
CHAIR
Pam graduated from the University of Salford in 2007, and since this time has held positions in the field of Orthotics, including time as Principal Orthotist within the NHS, Clinical Lead for one of the largest private providers into the NHS, and since 2011, has owned and practiced within a multi-site private orthotic clinic, as well as being the owner of the largest P&O locum agency serving England and Wales. Pam’s clinical specialism lies in the field of complex paediatrics, foot and ankle, and neuro. Pam is trained and experienced with all aspects of medicolegal and case management work. Pam is based in Lincoln, but works all over the country in her own clinics, and as a locum into the NHS.
Pam has previously been a member of the ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Executive Committee, having served as Chair of the Editorial Committee, a position which she now holds again, and as Secretary.
Pam’s work in all sectors of the profession, make her well placed to recognise interesting, informative, and pertinent material to share with the membership. Pam welcomes contributions for ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï Connect from across the industry, but particularly wishes to share contributions from students, technicians, and from colleagues working in every P&O setting.

I’m a second year student who is eager to learn about new developments in our field. I felt ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï was the best place for me to expand my knowledge and understanding through all their work. I also felt the Editorial Committee was an essential part of ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï due to their great work with the magazine which is how I first knew about them.

Hi, I am Chiazoka Ezeuzo (Mary),
I am an internationally trained Prosthetist and Orthotist, from Nigeria, currently practising as an Orthotist with Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust. I have over 5 years of practice. I am passionate about leadership, education and preceptorship programmes to ease transitioning of graduates into full practice. My enthusiasm to always learn and improve my skills prompted my joining the ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï editorial committee to work together with other members in building the ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï connection and the general association.

I qualified as a Prosthetist/Orthotist BSc (Hons) at the University of Salford in 2017 and in 2019 I completed a Masters by Research in Biomechanics, Biomedical Engineering, and Human Movement Science. The focus of my research is upper limb prosthetics, adolescents, and sports. I am a member of The Salford Institute of Human Movement and Rehabilitation and am committed to developing as a clinical Prosthetist who undertakes research.
Anushika Dayananda

I presently work as an Orthotics Associate Practitioner at Opcare in Cambridge, having graduated from Sri Lanka School of Prosthetics and Orthotics in 2016. I earned my Master’s degree in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Rehabilitation Studies from the University of Strathclyde last year. I aim to advance into the position of Orthotist upon achieving my HCPC registration. My enthusiasm lies in orthotic management within diabetic foot care and musculoskeletal conditions, and I am keen to delve deeper into research within these areas. I take great pride in being a part of the ±¬ÁÏ³Ô¹Ï editorial team
